Welcome to Bytesflow Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Specific project deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals, agreements, or Statements of Work (SOW).
• All services are governed by a mutually agreed proposal or contract.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require written approval and may incur additional charges.
• Timelines provided are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Client delays in providing content, approvals, or access may impact project timelines.
• Payment terms are defined in the proposal or agreement.
• Projects may require advance payment before commencement.
• Milestone-based or phased payments may apply.
• Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Taxes (GST/VAT or applicable international taxes) will be charged as required by law.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered solution, excluding third-party components and pre-existing proprietary frameworks.
Bytesflow retains ownership of:
• Pre-existing code libraries
• Internal frameworks and tools
• Reusable components
• AI models and methodologies developed prior to the project
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms including (but not limited to) Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, cloud hosting providers, payment gateways, and AI service providers.
We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, third-party policy changes, or pricing updates by external providers.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid subscriptions and credentials for third-party services.
AI outputs are generated based on trained data and algorithms. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before critical use.
Compliance with local data regulations (e.g., GDPR) remains the client’s responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties and to use such information only for project execution.
Reasonable security practices will be implemented to protect shared data.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect client data. However, no system is completely secure.
Clients are responsible for backing up their data unless backup services are explicitly included in the agreement.
For EU clients, additional GDPR-compliant agreements may apply.
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue growth, or market performance.
Bytesflow’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as defined in the contract or immediately in case of material breach.
Upon termination, all outstanding dues become immediately payable, and completed work will be delivered upon payment.
We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, cyber incidents, or global service disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Chennai,Tamilnadu.India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
