The Challenge:
Bytesflow needed to design and implement a solution which satisfied all regulatory requirements while maintaining a seamless experience for Mudra, customers and visitors by not impacting the existing usability of the website.

Providing information including what they do, their service, their current promotion and their work, the site was intended as a central data resource for getting contracts and clients.

Our Solution:
We began the project with an in-depth user experience requirements gathering phase, information from Connect 4 sales, defining and prioritizing business and the motto, and balance these with the proper strategical design requirements.

To make accessing and understanding the often complex services information as easy and intuitive as possible our team undertook a detailed review of the existing literature pages on the Connect 4 sales site, suggesting new designs to ensure all data could be displayed through a more logical and seamless interface. A new simpler, easy-to-use navigation was developed helping potential clients make better decisions.

The Outcome:
The dedicated Ecommerce website we created provided institutional and potential clients, a platform with the key information to make Mudra look better so that the clients can make proper decisions to choose the right product of their choice.
